Thanks to our many volunteers who show up every time to help out in so many ways.
Saturday work party, March 13
Come and join the Board members, farmers and volunteers at Haliburton Farm for a work party. Weeding, digging, planting, composting, harvesting, putting up greenhouses... you name it, we'll be doing it at some point over the growing season on this certified organic community farm.
During the Saturday work parties (held every 2nd Saturday of the month) we break for potluck lunch. Please come dressed for the weather: boots, raingear, hat, sunscreen... This is a fantastic way to share community and to learn about organic
growing from experienced farmers.
Wednesday work parties run regularly now from 1-3pm each week.
